What does it mean to break down information in order to build up social competencies? And how does that relate to people with compelling social anxiety? In this discussion with the founder of Social Thinking, Michelle Garcia Winner, we explore the relationship between "being social" and social cognition (ie. social thinking). We touch on four areas of executive function that can foster our ability to learn how to take action on social dynamics that we want to do and are important to us.
