We all know about the infamous Bob Graham Round...

... but less so about its London counterpart, the Smog Graham Round.

In this episode, Jody and David speak to Alison Walker about her successful attempt to break the record for the Smog Graham Round, which involves running to the highest point of every one of London's boroughs.

(Not an easy feat when you realise the distance!).
