Most of us know the fundamentals of good health: eat nutritious whole foods, drink enough water, exercise regularly, get good sleep, and limit harmful substances. But how many of us are actually doing these things consistently? And not just during a good week, but during the busy weeks, the stressful weeks, and the weeks when nothing seems to be going right?

 

The truth is, most of us struggle with the basics far more than we realize. And that’s what we’re diving into in today’s episode.
