We are parents and friends, but we decided to end the marriage part of our relationship. This happened over a year ago and we have talked about it publically a lot since. But we haven't sat down on the podcast and discussed it ... until now. We are sharing a bit more about our journey coming to the divorce, the stigma around divorce, and how this has changed us as a couple.

Divorce doesn't have to be war. It doesn't have to be centered around negativity. And it doesn't have to mean you hate each other or cut each other off. For us, divorce has been an evolution — for us as individuals and as a family. And it has been super positive. ❤️
