We at times put on a mask to get approval from others, this is a form of self betrayal. Not only that but self abuse to yourself.

People are going to judge you no matter what you do. 

We need to embody our truest self, no matter what. It is time to separate from the old way of doing things.

 You are your personal brand, we need to hold ourselves in that place. The way you show up in all areas of your life. Don’t you want it to be authentic? Don’t you want it to be the real you?
