When we aim to master our time it really requires us to understand the nuances of our own lives, and this changes every single time we have a major shift in seasons.

Grab a piece of paper and write down numbers one through five. At the end of this episode, go back and circle the one that you think you're going to focus on first. These things take time to build and the steps will not happen overnight, so don’t feel discouraged if you don’t have any of them in place yet.
