Aaron Berger and Extension Educator with the University of Nebraska and the Host of the BeefWatch Podcast joined me to discuss what he has seen work well as far as setting replacement heifers up for success. We talk about all phases of the replacement heifer’s life and how to manager her to give her the greatest chance of succeeding as a cow in the herd with a long and productive life.
