3- Letting Go of Expectations: when we release these, we can help to be more open-minded and essentially, happier
4- Letting Go of Timelines: this is so important for so many of us! Times have changed and we must evolve as well. Accept more.
5- Letting Go of Love that Hurts: be brave read: Daring Greatly
