My guest today is someone who is very special to me. Her name is Monica Adwani, and she is a proud partner of Savvital (an Independent Virtual Professional Company) and BRZ Insurance.

But life didn't always look like the success it is for her today. 

She was forced into a marriage with an addict, discriminated against at work due to her accent, loses a ton of money she was entitled to in a job that pushed her out...and she pushed on. 

Monica brings so much goodness to the world and my conversation with her sheds light on being Hispanic in the US, along with: 

• What real connection with people who matter looks like
• Navigating a loss of trust in all those around you
• Being selfish and making the leap your heart is desiring
