There are only three summer essentials and they have absolutely nothing to do with the size of your body, your weight, or forcing yourself onto a diet. The three summer essentials are: 1. Sunscreen 2. Water 3. Sun protection, like glasses or a fabulous hat. 1,2,3 et voila! Fabulous. I know this will be a huge shift in thinking for a lot of you glam gals who may feel stressed this time of year. There is a lot of pressure to look and be a certain way.
