Hey everybody! Episode 53 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend Deanna Rogers. Deanna and I met in the Amazon jungle working at the plant medicine center, The Temple of the Way of Light, where she was facilitating ceremonies. Deanna has a broad range of tools from Somatic Experiencing to Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry to studying psychology. She currently works helping people to integrate their plant medicine ceremonies. Deanna has a lot of experience in this field and brings a really solid, present, grounded, and balanced approach to her work. "Deanna has been working with plant medicines for the last decade and with the Temple of the Way of Light since 2013. In this time she has supported hundreds of guests through their medicine journeys and also embarked on her own deep healing with the plants through a traditional study of dieta.
