This week's podcast episode is all about Time Travelling Closets. This is for my gals who keep items from several decades in their closets. This is for my gals who keep clothing sizes that range from three sizes up to three sizes down (maybe even more). I see you boo boo. The problem with a time travelling closet is that it creates decision fatigue every time you enter your closet. You have to say a 100 little no's to items that simply do not fit, are not your style, and that you wouldn't even buy today. That is exhausting for a brain that is just waking up and trying to get started. So let's give that brain a break. No more weeding through all the NO's every morning. Remove those items from your closet so that the items that: 1. Fit You 2. Fit your sense of style 3. You would buy them today. Are all in the same spot? Easy to see? Easy to mix and match outfits from!
