This is such a juicy episode where I'm chatting with the one and only Luci Lampe, Certified Sex and Relationship Trauma-Informed Coach, on healing and self-discovery through pleasure.

Luci is also a mom of 4, which is exactly why I dove into her work - she's not just teaching from her space of being a woman, but also of being a mom. 

She sheds light on some of the most powerful healing practices that helped her during her toughest times, as well as her work with women around shame and lack of safety.
