Our guest this week is New Zealand's fastest woman, who recently broke the Oceania 100m record and ran the fastest 100m time EVER on Australian soil. Zoe Hobbs is not only an incredible athlete, but also a cofounder of a nutrition start up called Athos. Zoe is the epitome of hard work and self belief, and now holds a PB of 10.97 seconds. Zoe speaks to us about her journey as an athlete, her relationship with food and how she now focuses on her self in a holistic manner to perform at such a high level.
