Emil Juresic, is a passionate entrepreneur with over 2 decades of experience in real estate, property development, information technology and finance.

Originally from Croatia, Emil moved to Australia at the age of 16. Since then, he has worked tirelessly in property and amassed a multi-million dollar property empire and enjoyed incredible commercial success in the areas of property and finance.

When Emil Juresic started the business in a small office in Teneriffe, Brisbane, his inspiration behind naming the company NGU was his Never Give Up attitude. Emil wanted to created a brand that had true meaning and connected with people on multiple levels across several senses. With his extensive knowledge and natural ability in marketing he knew the consumer must first know the brand, then like your brand, and finally trust your brand and feel an emotional connection to it.

In the past 20 years of being in business Emil has developed hundreds of houses, sold countless millions of dollars of Real Estate and have run businesses from just 3 staff right through to several hundred team members. As CEO of NGU Emil leads by example, this belief falls in place with his mind-set that a successful business must be a continual teaching-learning environment. Despite the structure of the business, the leader at the top ultimately defines all facets of the companies heart-beat.
