work with kindness, compassion and empathy - be aware of others and the present moment - not just yourself
each of us can do our own part - small habits turn into big changes
the truth will give you the most freedom - don't allow others pain to penetrate you
if you are able to help other women .. volunteer at Girl UP and the UN Foundation, The Salvation Army
pray for them - every roadblock is there for a greater lesson, triggers do hurt - but dont let your past or other people make you feel so small.
nobody should have to make another feel less than to make themselves feel more than, the math just won't add up.
