She also shares how the Dutch hormone test can reveal the “hidden pathways” of estrogen metabolism, helping women tailor nutrition and lifestyle choices to their unique bodies.

Aly brings her own postpartum experience into the mix, drawing parallels between hormonal recovery after childbirth and perimenopause. Together they dismantle diet culture myths (“no, you don’t need protein-everything cereal”) and champion a more intuitive, body-supportive approach rooted in nourishment rather than restriction.
