Pippa shared with us how marketing has changed in the last five years, with the trend now focusing a lot on the digital space such as social media, webinars, e-books. She also foresees this trend to continue in the next five years.

We talked about when, as an IT & MSP business owner, you realise that working with an external marketing agency takes too long and you need to be more reactive, that is the time that you need to invest in your own marketing team. It is important that you stay reactive.

We also discussed how your marketing team does not need to be big, you simply need a group of people dedicated in that area of the business.

Pippa also talked about the importance of value-based contents as pitching may no longer work. As we say here at IT Experts, people buy from people.
