In this third episode of the series, I talk to you about amplifying your capacity in your MSP business. Amplifying your capacity is about taking your business from being 'Me Dependent' to 'Me Not Needed', and this is all around the structure, operational flow, and facilitating the performance of your people as well.

The first idea that I share with you is about investment and your thinking around it. Your investment isn't just about sales and marketing and thinks that the world would be easier once you have got them.

Secondly, I talk to you about the importance of leverage, and we call it 'heavy lifting made easy'. Sometimes, it's not until you make this decision that's going to then relieve you.

The third and final idea for this episode is what we also call 'You hired a monster.' And this is about your people; having someone come in, and when they're not doing their job properly, could result in an absolute car crash. It's around expectation exchange, facilitating their performance, and overcoming that difficult conversation.
