Today I’m talking to the gorgeous Somatic Psychotherapist, Monica Spiteri.  Living down on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Moniquea works with people across the globe to help navigate and find the light amidst their trauma. Moniquea's own podcast Transcending Trauma, holds a space for conversations much like the one we are having today.

I would like to thank Moniquea for opening up vulnerably about her own past trauma and unpacking some touching realities with us. We things such as family relationships and narcissism,  about experiencing a parent with depression leading to suicide *trigger warning*, something that unfortunately Moniquea herself experienced, about intergenerational trauma and some of our personal perspectives and ideas around the psychology and physiology of experiencing and moving through trauma.
