As I chatted with Dom dos Remedios recently about our current sponsorship support I recited my how-it-came-about story of becoming an accidental PT back in 2014.  'That's pretty fascinating for your listeners to hear about' seemed to be his perspective...  And so we decided I'd swap seats for an episode and let Dom fire the questions my way about how I slipped and landed in the fitness industry and all the lessons I learned along the way.
