Okay, so I know Hanukkah is over. And Christmas is basically Now. 

The holiday episode is a bit late this year because, if I’m honest, this year has felt different. Not worse. Just different. 

But, I may be redeeming myself with this episode. It’s a mashup of two popular holiday episodes I ran in the past. First up is the ever-popular Dysfunctional Family Bingo episode. I love this game and what it opens up for people. If you haven’t played (and even if you have), you don’t want to miss this episode. 

Then, you’ll hear an episode from the 2019 holiday season about whether we really like the things we’re eating, drinking, buying and doing, especially around the holidays. Times of tradition and ritual are also where our conditioning comes out in full force. It’s amazing to celebrate traditions and rituals while also being fully awake to the moment.
