Sergeant Mark Thomas, member of Victoria Police and founder of The Code 9 foundation is back in the hot-seat with me today. 

We first spoke with him back in episode 41 as he shared his harrowing journey through PTSD and the incident his doctor deemed a catastrophic loss of self.  Mark continues to manage his mental health injury and through the foundation and his ability to open the door on conversations like the one we have today, Mark is making waves around creating awareness, education and avenues of support for first responders.
