Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. Over the last few weeks, I have been battling with my own body image struggles, and hiding from the scale/ mirror terrified of what's in front of me.
There have been late nights of "binge-like" thoughts running through my mind, thoughts of self-sabotage; but I will not give up on myself. I am embracing these struggles, and attacking them one by one.
We all have issues, some people might be more aware than others, but none of us are perfect.
Join us in today's episode as we open the door to my body image struggles but most importantly what steps I'm taking to help me get out of this situation.
