In this episode we talk about a rather somber topic: The sudden need to kill yourself that a Person suffering from severe (C)PTSD might encounter.
This is not the normal suicide thoughts that build up nor the random wild thoughts you might encounter. This comes out of nowhere and disappear in a similar fashion - it is something unique to this illness (as far as I know).
I think it is something important to know, that is why we talk about it in this episode.
