We found ourselves with a long waitlist and after receiving over 100 applications, interviewing 50 coaches, Abbey was absolutely the perfect fit for us. Not only is she incredibly experienced in helping women transform their bodies and relationships with food, but she has an incredible transformation story herself that I can’t wait to share with all of you today.
