Teresa takes you behind the scenes for her courses at Dentrix Business of Dentistry (BOD). She walks you through the morning preparation for her Accounts Receivables and Insurance course. Then she moves onto the show floor with co-host Kevin Henry to discuss the day. Kevin shares his thoughts on Stanley Bergmann’s keynote address. The focus was on technology and the savings that result – both financial and lives. How important is course length? We’ll talk about that as well since we both presented.

Finally, at 28:35, Teresa wraps up the BOD. The Industry Perspectives class drew some interesting comments from solo dentists. Teresa’s Insurance Panel yielded many questions regarding network changes, participation woes and (massive) fee schedule confusion.
