There was a new mother who was very caught up in doing everything right for her baby. 

She saw her baby’s weight, eating habits, and moods as personal reflections of how she was doing as a parent. She worried about what people would think if her baby cried in public.

Her B-A-B-Y.

We talked and looked and listened. She finally said, “I see that all of this judgment is a story.”

Yes! 

“But how do I stop believing it?”

Hmm.
