As we prepared for Hurricane Ian last week, we thought we'd answer a few great questions from our community on fat loss...
We are thankfully okay after the storm but we took precautions and headed to my families home with Omar last week and we thought it was a great opportunity to answer a few questions from you guys on fat loss.
