Polyface Farm holds educational seminars, farm tours, day camps and events to encourage duplication and understanding. 

Joel has authored 12 books (soon to be 13). He is the editor of the world’s premier pastured livestock publication, The Stockman Grass Farmer. Joel was also featured in the New York Times bestseller Omnivore’s Dilemma and award-winning documentary Food Inc.
