Harry Subertas was born and raised in Lithuania, which is mostly flat, but he had dreams of climbing mountains.  So he made his way eventually to Alaska where he landed a dream job of guiding mountain climbing expeditions.  Like for so many of us, Covid affected his livelihood, and he ended up having to do other things and his childhood love for running eventually found its way into his adult life.  And wow, he has come a long way in a short time.  He is a 2:45 marathoner, so no slouch in the "shorter" races, but seems to have found his groove in the 200+ mile category where he is 3 for 3 with wins.  He is a fun guy to get to know, very humble and soft spoken, but confident.  He's an easy guy to pull for.  Hope you enjoy!
