Whenever Sonia T. is faced with a big decision, she recognizes right away that her barking dog already doesn't like it. She has to weigh the pros and cons and has a harder time just letting go, releasing into the moment, and trusting her vibes to say yes or no. She sees it with her clients too. They're trying to be intuitive and 'in the moment' but it's all coming from the heads. That's not how it works! You have to FEEL!

How do you know if you're getting a reading from your soul/spirit or from your head? The biggest indicator is that your head will talk…a lot. It's also negative! It's trying to protect you and by doing so, it becomes a bit of a Debbie downer about it. Whereas if it's coming from your spirit and your soul, it'll tell you whether this is within alignment for you or if it's something that just doesn't feel right.
