Dave is a 57 year old man who after 40 years of drinking decided to kick the booze back in January 2019.
He started his page on Instagram @soberdave and shared the rough and smooth of his sober journey hoping to inspire and support others along the way. His coaching site is https://www. davidwilsoncoaching.com
He has several articles published in the national press, and has appeared on numerous podcasts.
Dave is now a grey Area Drinking Coach, an Ambassador for @Alcoholchangeuk and he also has his own podcast called “One For The Road.”
