I have been following Emily Hawgood ever since I saw her at the runners meeting up by the stage for Western States in 2023.  She loves that race and just exudes positivity and joy.  Just absolutely grateful to be there and it showed in the way she carried herself.  It was a real treat to chat with Emily and hear her story.  Growing up in Zimbabwe and coming over to America with no guarantees but working her way into being a professional athlete and coach.  I hope you enjoy my chat with this amazing lady!
