What I Hear A Lot From Many People

One of the biggest things I hear from people a lot of times is they are busy and they have no time. However, I believe that time is created for what we prioritize.
We all have the same 24 hours in a day, but they are not created equally for everyone. What 24 hours look like for me was different for my mom who was a single mom.
That is why it is important to set up these simple strategies so that we can create time for what we deem is very important!

• Creating time for what we prioritize

• First pitfall: Not having a to-do list
• Also have a “to-don’t” list
• If you don’t know what needs to get done, how do you prioritize your workload?

• Third pitfall: Not knowing how much time a task actually requires
• The 4 strategies you need to set up so you don’t feel like you are always running on a hamster wheel that never stops
• Strategy Number 1: Start your day early
• Strategy Number 2: Focus on one task at a time
• The Eisenhower Matrix
• Strategy Number 3: Applying the 80-20 rule
• The Pareto Principle
• Strategy Number 4: Learn to say no and learn to say it more often
• Saying no to something is saying yes to something else
