Over the years, Erickajoy has earned several recognitions for her dedication to the community, including a three-time recipient of the Milwaukee Black Excellence award, the Milwaukee Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award, the Milwaukee Business Journal's Women of Influence award, and is a two-time recipient of the Milwaukee Power Brokers award. Erickajoy has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and earned her master's degree in management through Marian University.
