To introduce you to the topic this week, the 90 percent capacity of Pilates In The Grove has its setbacks, too. I have received so many e-mails, calls, and text messages from people who are upset that they couldn’t schedule their classes with us because the popular time slots are already full.

• Our ego, as owners, gets in the way of training others to do their job
• Setting boundaries is the easy part, holding the boundaries is more difficult
• Lack of proper onboarding and training
• Lack of systems and processes
• Lack of accountability
• Lack of cash flow
