We’re not exactly sure when the first person made a low offer on a piece of property but there’s a pretty good chance that person got told off! It shouldn’t be a surprise at this point that you too will get to join in on the fun of being told you’re crazy or you’ve lost you’re mind or have someone get so creative with their words that I can’t even type them here. It’s not fun but it is part of the business.
