We have so many ways to connect with people. I feel like I’m always seeing people, being seen, talking to people, being talked to - yet I can so easily feel like I haven’t been checking on people, or like people haven’t been checking on me. I’m trying to be mindful of this and show up for my people in ways that are truly felt and really matter to the people I love.
