Following on from our ridiculous 'reel'... in this second episode, we explore the social media trend labelling ADHD a superpower.
We discuss both for and against; what our ADHD Superpower would be, and the cost it comes with.
We further explore the idea of trends by addressing the skin-crawling notion that ADHD is a 'cool trend', whilst also celebrating the fact that the disorder, and in particular how it can present in women is getting much-needed exposure.
We conclude with our regular segments: The most ADHD thing we've done this week, and 'Differences' - to highlight how this complex condition is not a one size fits all model. This week we talk about how mobile phones and communication trigger our ADHD in totally different ways, a subject we will deep dive into in a later episode.
