Meet Dr. Ana Blake

Dr. Ana Blake is a wife, mom to one and 2 little girlies🤰, rural family doctor, obstacle course racer, and life coach.  She founded her coaching practice, The Antifragile Female, MD, to help female physicians struggling with burnout, overwhelm, unattainable standards for themselves, impostor syndrome, and regret over their decision to become a doctor.

Her story is intimately tied to The Charting Coach - as Sarah was the first physician life coach she ever met when she was in the depths of burnout!
