Episode 21 features my conversation with professional runner, Michael Wardian.  I met him in New York City at the marathon expo.  Just happened upon him at the Coros booth.  He was preparing to guide a visually impaired athlete to a marathon finish.  Mike shares stories from many of his epic adventures and races, including his transcontinental run earlier this year.  He discusses his passion for helping others achieve their goals and pickleball.  Come along for a great conversation about running and life!
