I love documentaries. They were a big part of my own journey in leading me towards doing what I do now. 

They raise awareness on a topic and tell a story that creates an emotional response that drives us to take action. 

However, there is usually not much science to back the message of the movie and when they do include science it tends to be cherry picked and misinterpreted data. 

On this episode of the podcast, we are going to review "The Magic Pill" a new documentary about low carbohydrate diets that is getting lots of attention.
