Taylor Somerville worked in investment business for over 15 years. Last year, at age 38 and after experiencing a divorce and unfulfilled in his professional life he decided to transition his career to focus full time on health and fitness to help others become the best version of themselves. He became interested in XPT and attended two XPT experiences, one in Malibu and one in Kauai. He went on to earn his XPT Coaching Certification as well. He also holds the Art of Breath certification and is an Aerobic Capacity ambassador. He has competed in endurance events including the prestigious World's Toughest Mudder, a 24-hour race around Lake Las Vegas in November 2017. Based in Memphis, TN he is focused on working with professionals on breath work and recovery to assist them in their daily lives and athletic performance while also working with them to develop a more holistic approach to their training and lifestyle.
