Today I'm joined by Natalie Kohlruss, chartered herbalist and owner of Huron Earth. Natalie is a chartered herbal and local herb grower with a property just outside the Waterloo region. She grows medicinal herbs along with her family, then uses them to create healing teas, tinctures oils and salves. 

She is an advocate for empowering yourself to confidently take charge of your own natural healing. Natalie also teaches gardening and green beauty workshops in and around the community.
