In this episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with Andy "Croom" Matthews.  He is an accomplished ultra-runner with over 40  - 100 miler finishes.  He's also a highly respected race director in the ultra-running community.  I originally reached out to Andy to discuss Daytona 100, but he had so many more stories to tell, I just let him go.  It was a real pleasure to hear from him.  His races usually sell out, but check out links below to be one of the cool kids.
