So far this year, Sophie Wood has won the Manchester Cross Country League, Hit the Trail Race, Hale 10k and has recently represented England for the first time. Sophie talks about her experience of running in America, Ireland and Spain. She also discusses why she now runs for Sale Harriers, and how her Manchester Marathon training has been going.
