About Robin:

Robin Shirley is the founder of Take Back Your Health International and The Compass Center for Learning and Exploration.

At age 23, Robin founded Take Back Your Health International, an online directory and wellness platform dedicated to helping people heal from chronic illness through sharing health resources on their online Take Back Your Health Directory and in their print TBYH Guides.

Her healing journey led her to get an integrative nutrition health coach certification at 23 years old, and start her lifelong mission of helping people come back into balance and alignment with their true selves so they can experience the most robust version of health possible.
