Think about things you’ve done before that were multifaceted projects, like planning a wedding, raising a child, building a house, or starting a business. You wouldn’t sit back and wait for things to happen.
Losing weight and stopping your overeating is just like any other big project.
We can’t lose weight until we stop overeating, right?
We are going to work on helping it all happen right here.
