The body is an intelligent system that tightly regulates hormone production, including testosterone. If your hormones are out of balance (too high or too low), there is likely one or a few underlying reasons why the body is producing less testosterone.

In this episode I discuss some of those reasons which include excessive cortisol production, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and too much conversion of testosterone into estrogen.
